SWCTP offers after-school theatre arts classes for kids in grades 1-2 and 3-9. All classes are held at The Santa
Fe Playhouse. The Young Actor's Classes for grades 3-9 cast each child in a starring role in the semester's mainstage production.
The Budding Actors' Class for grades 1-2 features a student showcase at the end of the semester.
Our Summer Theatre
Session begins in June and continues through the end of July. The students help create their own characters and plot for a
Sizzlin' Summer Sensational Show complete with original songs (they write the lyrics themselves, too) and music! Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, bring a sack lunch to eat at the River Park. Public performances on the
final weekend.

Our mainstage productions feature classic fairy tales, folktales from around the world, and beloved stories
from childhood - all original plays written especially for SWCTP, with original music and dance. Offered each school semester,
Spring and Fall, these shows feature professional adults and kids working together, and music by MELANGE!
